Made For Life On The Run
What do you need when there's a chill in the air, but you still want to run? You need a pair of TrailHeads runner’s gloves. Our runner's gloves for men give you just the right thermal protection from the cold in a comfortable, flexible and great looking package.
One of the challenges of winter running is your body temperature will change many times during a workout. Starting out, taking a break between laps, or cooling down, you will need a pair of Running Gloves that will keep your fingers from freezing. Then, as you move, your hands will warm up naturally, and start to sweat, necessitating moisture wicking, breathable fabric.
Our Polartec power stretch liners are ready to handle your changing needs during a run. Power through winter with runners gloves that feature a smooth, and durable outer layer made of 4-way stretch Polartec® fabric, designed specifically to resist wind and cold weather, while the super soft inner layer pulls moisture away from your body to keep your hands warm and dry. Our stretch gloves provide the breathability, warmth and comfort needed for a complete winter workout.
For those interested in less active, or extreme cold weather pursuits, our men’s glove can also be used as a liner glove for extra warmth beneath ski gloves or other insulated handwear.
One of the best parts of these gloves is how easy it is to use your fingers. Nothing slips through your hands with the anti-slip silicone grippers on the palm, thumb, middle finger and index finger. They enable good gripping on your steering wheel and allow you to keep hold of your phone and your keys. Use your smartphone easily with touch screen compatible conductive fabric on the forefinger and thumb tips.
If your nose starts to drip when you're out in the cold weather, use the handy workout wipe to dry your nose and keep on running.
Quick drying, warm, and comfortable, our feature packed runner's gloves for men give you the protection you need in a style you'll love.
If I am between sizes should I size up or down?If you aren’t sure which glove size to get, we typically recommend sizing down. The material of our men’s gloves is quite stretchy to accommodate many hand sizes. A snugger fit tends to be warmer and can improve touchscreen functionality.
What is the temperature rating for these runner’s gloves? We recommend our runner’s gloves for temperatures 20 degrees and above. Keep in mind our running gloves are designed for aerobic use and our temperature ratings are made with a moderate activity level in mind. Non-active users may want to consider hand wear with more insulation. Everyone has a different level of tolerance for cold. Some users may find these gloves work for temperatures above or below our recommendation depending on personal preference.
What are running gloves for?Running gloves are for protecting your hands while working out in colder weather. They are meant to be a lightweight layer, providing just enough protection to keep you warm during a run. They are not meant to be a standalone glove in extremely cold weather.
How should running gloves fit?Running gloves are meant to be a close fit, similar to liner gloves. They should conform to the shape of your hand. Running gloves should also be relatively lightweight compared to other winter gloves in order to be more aerodynamic and comfortable. Most runners don’t need the bulk of an insulated glove because hands warm up with movement.
What is the care for these running gloves? The best care for our mens stretch gloves is to machine wash cold on a delicate cycle and air dry.
