We build TrailHeads apparel and accessories to last. All TrailHeads products are fully warranted against manufacturers' defects in materials and workmanship. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it. Repairs due to accident, improper care, or negligence, where we are not at fault, will be performed at a reasonable charge. TrailHeads wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please call TrailHeads Customer Service @ 860-592-0088 before returning any merchandise.

TrailHeads encloses a return form and return shipping sticker for UPS/FED-EX or USPS with every mail/web order purchase. To execute a return or exchange, please fill out this form completely, providing information regarding why the product is being returned and if you prefer an exchange or credit.

If you do not have this form, include a brief description of why the product is being returned and what you would like us to do. Be sure to include your name, address, and daytime phone number, and email address. Please also be sure to send the product in a manner that it can be insured and the shipment can be tracked. If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped.
